Introduction:

Our custom cranes can be used in harsh conditions and can work well in environments with high temperatures, high levels of dust and high vibration. We can provide the right crane solution for every application in a steel mill. For example, a ladle crane with four crane main girders can handle the ladle safely and efficiently. Double girder overhead cranes are used for the internal delivery of components for casting (such as moulds) and the delivery of castings for further processing. Semi-automatic or fully automatic cranes are available for special storage and metal products such as coils and bars made of aluminium or other metals.
Crane Composition:
The crane is mainly composed of the main trolley, the auxiliary trolley, the bridge frame, the trolley traveling mechanism, the hook group and the electrical control system. The hook group is suspended on the main trolley through the wire rope, and the distance between the two plate hooks is fixed to lift the ladle. The two trolleys can be operated separately to complete various lifting operations, and can also be linked to complete ladle overturning, dumping of residual steel and waste slag. The main and auxiliary lifting mechanism adopts stator voltage regulation and speed regulation. The traveling mechanism of trolley and crane adopts variable frequency speed regulation, the speed regulation ratio is 1:10, and PLC control.
