Description:
LDY Single girder overhead crane is mainly used for lifting molten metal and foundries in metallurgy. The lifting hoist is YH metallurgy wire-rope electric hoist with lifting capacity reaching 10t. Designed and manufactured in accordance with JB/T 1306-2008 standard.
The bottom of main girder adopts special heat-insulation treatment with working environment temperature ﹣10℃~﹢60℃, and relative humidity ≤ 50%( 40℃). Design and manufacture meet the requirements of AQSIQ Doc # (2007)375.
Crane design and manufacture meet the State administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine of the quality of writing "2007" document No. 375, lifting other molten metal items and lifting hot solid metal location can also refer to the selection.

Advantages & Features:
The hoisting mechanism is installed with two independent braking devices – brake and safety brake (double braking) and metallurgical electric hoist with overload limiter. Tapered rotor motor with large starting torque is used for lifting operation motor, with class H insulation, high temperature resistant cable, and thermal insulation protection measures are adopted outside electrical equipment such as motor. The operation mode is ground handle operation or wireless remote control operation.

LDP model motor driven single beam crane is designed and produced according to GB/T 3811-2008, JB/T 1306-2008 standard and hoist model CD1 single lifting speed, MD1 dual lifting speed.
The control method is ground control(ground control, remote control, or ground control + remote control). If the span and lifting height is out of the range that stylebook lists, we can do non-standard design according to the requirement.
